Julio Christian began his career at an automotive testing equipment maker, Shin Nippon Tokki KK, in Hamamatsu-city Shizuoka prefecture, Japan. From their engineering department, Julio Christian moved to the company’s marketing department to work in international sales, a skill he built upon when he returned to Australia to work for Mitsubishi Electric Australia, in a customer sales role. Later, Julio Christian joined Barua Pty Ltd and was involved in the design aspect of the group’s projects, as well as construction experience onsite, project management and also property management. He now manages the manages group’s finances, administration matters and investments. He is the nominated Managing Director as well he manages other companies and investments.
Julio Christian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Sydney University, a Master of Commerce (MCom) UNSW, and is a licenced real estate agent. He enjoys property, sport and is an avid traveller.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Sydney and has previous extensive experience consulting in civil and structural engineering projects. He was employed with PPK Consultants (which were bought out by Rust International) and later with an engineering peer set up a private engineering consultancy practice Unaveave Pty Ltd. It was in private practice that Peter specialised in the design and documentation of single dwellings to multi-storey and multi-unit dwellings, working on countless luxury home projects ($20M Point Piper) to numerous land subdivisions.
Peter has a strong design and aesthetic judgement, a strong visual capability and a talent for construction and project management, allowing him to take a project from inception, then to managing the consultants and the council approval process, to building the project through to completion.
Peter loves all things construction, also cooking and making a Greek BBQ.

Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Eugenio is actively involved in all aspects of Barua’s real estate development from site acquisition, design development, construction management, project management, marketing and property management.
He plays a key role in taking a project from inception to the sale-ready entity with his extensive knowledge base of construction techniques and strong communication skills. Eugenio has vast experience in construction having previously worked in many roles including as a site manager on many small and large residential projects and commercial properties in Sydney.
He had gained exposure and experience working for major construction companies such as B + B Constructions (later becoming Baulderstone Hornibrook) amongst others. His roles meant he built for major Sydney developers such as Winten Property Group (1994, $19m residential development), and Consolo Group (1997, $8.5m mixed use development), as well as for the Australian Government as part of the team building their regional tax office in Hurstville (1994, $30m office building).
Eugenio loves building and he loves football.
